We provide a complete styling service, focusing on all the small details while catering to our client’s own individual style. We service the beautiful Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Byron Bay.



Concept Creation and On the Day Styling

You’ve booked your venue, you know what you like and don’t like. Have an idea of what you want to see at your wedding but have no idea where to even start? There are many things to factor in when pulling together a one-of-a-kind event. The style of your venue, the spaces, whether it is indoors or outdoors can all play a big role how your event is executed.

We meet with you to discuss your ceremony venue, reception venue, your vision, and we ask lots of questions to get to know you and your style. From here we put together a concept based on the information you have given us.

Services Include

• Unlimited email and phone correspondence
• One face to face meeting
• One venue visit to your ceremony and reception locations
• Assistance with sourcing your right florist, cake decorator, stationery designer, and any other suppliers that may contribute to the styling on the day
• Full concept creation including a moodboard, colour schemes, key furniture and décor recommendations, stationery sourcing and floral design concepts.
• Full costing quote of your furniture and décor hire
• Delivery & collection within a 60km radius of our studio
• A team of two stylists is included for on-the-day setup, if additional staff are required there will be an additional fee

Ceremony styling

Complete On-the-Day Styling

Many hours go into the setup and styling of your wedding day. Our complete on the day styling service is for those who have planned their wedding day but want the piece of mind of all styling creation and setup on the day, ensuring a stress free day for you to focus on the memorable time getting ready with your bridesmaids.

Services Include

• A team of two stylists is included for on-the-day setup
• Ceremony, reception and all other décor setup up for your entire event

Delivery and collection fees are quoted on top of on the day styling.
Our on the day styling service is for setup and styling only. Décor hire is charged separately.


(Minimum furniture and décor spends apply for all on the day styling. Off-peak: $1,000. Peak season: $1,500)

Delivery & Collection costs: (pricing is quoted upon once your enquiry has been received.)
Small orders from $85.00-$125.00
Large furniture orders $185-$350.00

Our delivery fees will vary depending on the size of your order and the location of your event. There are a few things we need take into consideration when quoting;

1. Orders can take anywhere from 0.5 – 2 hours with two team members to pack a truck
2. Travel to your venue may be anywhere from 0.5 – 1.5hours
3. Unloading the truck may take anywhere from 0.5 – 1 hour
4. Travel from your venue back to our warehouse from 0.5 – 1 hour
Returning to your venue and doing steps 1, 2, 3 again

Delivery and pickup for a small order is normally 2-3 hours
Delivery and pickup for a large truck is normally 8-10 hours
